Domestic violence in Costa Rica
Domestic violence has become in something common for Costa Rincans, because such cases always are present in the newspaper or television top (1). One of the most importants violence causes, is the drugs effect, which makes loose the reazon in the consumers, whom can not control their actions an also can destroy a relationship with violence (2).
In order to explain with more details those types of violence I going to relate a istory that was happened when i was a child, one of my friends had a their parents whit seriuos drugs problem (1), they always came to the house intoxicated and without the use of their senses (1). We where one day in the street playing soccer and his parents came to the house in the same time (3), as they were on drugs, looking for his son, and how the child was not studying, he grabbed her by the hair and the two hit him until the child bleed, for this reason within minutes the police came to the house and took the child to a shelter where he was cared (4).
