globalization
The globalization is a new process in our life but the causes and effect are many in this essay you can read about causes and effects. Globalization describes a process which regional economies, societies, and cultures have become integrated through a global network of communication, transportation, and trade. There are three causes and three effects that you could to see in this essay.
A first cause is the exploration of the new place is a start of the globalization because the human in your first decades explored the word. Ethnic Conflicts
In Many countries and many periods a person’s ethnic identity has had profound consequences for his or her physical safety, political status, and econiomic prospects. Violent confrontation along ethnic lines is the most apparent form of ethnic conflict, and it recently has claimed lives in such diverse places throughout the world. The three most terrible ethnic conflicts have been the conflict in Rwanda, the Arab-Israeli crisis, and the Holocaust during World war II.
One important ethnic conflict was the Hutu and the Tutsi conflict in Rwanda.There are two major ethnic groups in this African country: the Hutu and the Tutsi. When the country was colonized by the Belgians in 1916 they claimedthat the Tutsi were superior to the Hutu based on the idea that their skins were lighter and their features more European. As a result, the Hutus suffrered years of repression by the Tutsi.In 1994, the Hutus took revenge. Tutsi people were slaughtered, hunted out of their homes, killed with guns or machetes and left to die on the road by unofficial militia group called the Interahamwe (“those who attack together”) an Hutu civilians were forced to murder their neighbors and children were not spared in an insane effort ti wipe out the next Tutsi generation. Over 800000 Rwandans were killed in the space of 100 days.
The Arab-Israeli conflict is when starts the end of the British mandate in Palestine and after the founding of the state of Israel, where many Jews had taken refuge because of Nazi persecution. The conflict is territorial grounds, where the Jews claimed that they believed that land belonged to them as an inheritance from their ancestors. Then there was a UN agreement which was approved by the Jews and rejected by the Arabs, creating serious clashes between them.
The Holocaust was in WWII when a German named Adolf Hitler began a persecution against the Jews which was one of the worst and most cruel massacres of history, but persecution was not only in Germany was also in Russia, Europe East where the Germans had many contributors. The dead who had been many and the manner of death was not the best, because the Jews were tortured to death.

To view records of traffic accidents occurred in recent years where the incidence of driver's negligence causes was higher than that recorded in the past was that it created the new traffic law, which will bring safety benefits to drivers and pedestrians. Some points to mention in the next trial are driving under the influence of alcohol, the use of vests for motorcyclists and fines.
The issue of driving under the influence of liquor comes from the many families who have lost a loved one by the fault of a drunk driver, while the large amount of material and human damage that alcohol causes, the law seeks to restrict consumption of liquor for those who are driving, because drivers who drink jet lost power and endangering all around them.
